Wakefield Family Dentistry gladly welcomes new patients to our practice.
New patients may prepare in advance by downloading the appropriate form and bringing the completed form to your appointment. New patients are asked to arrive 20 minutes prior to their appointment time.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice for all appointments except for crown appointments which require a 72 hour notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient.
